FAQ
Questions buyers ask.
- What's the difference between the open-source primitives and the Design Partner program?
- The open-source primitives — xberg, crawlberg, liter-llm, html-to-markdown, tree-sitter-language-pack — are free to embed and self-host. The Design Partner program gives you the full composed pipeline running on infrastructure we operate (or your infrastructure, with our help), plus direct roadmap input, locked favorable pricing for 24 months, and a direct support channel.
- Can I move between self-hosted open source and the partnership track?
- Yes. Every pipeline stage is backed by an open-source primitive you can adopt independently. The partnership offering is a managed composition of the same primitives — your application code targets the same shape either way.
- Do you offer free access for non-profits or research?
- Yes — through the Design Partner program. Free-tier access is available at our discretion for non-profits, scientific projects, and early-stage organizations with no or low funding, in exchange for attribution rights on our landing page and pitch deck. Apply for partnership and tell us about your project.
- What does invitation-only mean for the Design Partner program?
- We accept applications, review them weekly, and respond to every one. The cohort is curated — we only take on as many partners as we can work closely with. If we don't have capacity for your application this cycle, we'll tell you and you can reapply.
