Illustrative example. This capability is on our roadmap and is not wired to a live demo yet — request early access.

What it is

An automatic answer to "what is this?" — invoice, contract, complaint, resume — so each incoming document is labelled by type and topic and routed to the right queue before any extraction starts.

Why it matters

In mailroom-style workflows, sorting by hand is the bottleneck — nothing downstream can run until someone decides what each document is and where it should go.

What Xberg does

Xberg classifies documents by type and topic and routes accordingly. This already powers automatic labelling inside document collections; a standalone classify-any-document endpoint is on the roadmap.

  • Classify by document type and by topic.
  • Route to the right destination — AP queue, ATS, support, and so on.
  • Live today inside document collections.
  • Standalone "any document" endpoint on the roadmap.
Classification is live within document collections today. The standalone classify-any-document endpoint is on the roadmap, so the generic example here is illustrative — talk to us about early access.
